Hotel app: guest cabinet
There was a conversation in the Emirates that formed the basis of this project. We talked to the hotel manager. He said that it would be great if a guest could order room service from a restaurant from the application, book services, find out about discounts and promotions.
The main feature of the application is a virtual account. The user replenishes the account and pays for purchases. We have also implemented a bonus program to encourage guests to actively use the app.
By registering in the application, a person gets access to the catalog. He chooses his hotel and enters the office using QR or contract number. He has all the possibilities that the hotel provides in the palm of his hand. You can order breakfast without getting out of bed; choose an excursion in a comfortable environment; sign up for a haircut and pay with accumulated bonuses.
